Really excellent and clear explanation of what this really is all about. Hint: it has nothing to do with “net neutrality.” When I first read about the deal and saw the various reactions in the media, I had a feeling that people were overreacting to what simply amounted to nothing more than an interconnection agreement, but I wasn’t sure where to start digging for the details.
